You can find us at 456, Pandit Ram Market, over in Masjid Moth, NDSE Part II. It’s a busy area and the market has its own rhythm. We’ve been taking photos here for a long time. The studio isn’t huge, but we have enough room for the backdrops and the lights. Most days, people just pop in because they need a quick passport photo or a document shot. We have a small stool for them to sit on and a mirror on the wall so they can fix their hair. It’s a simple setup. We also do some family portraits and event work when people ask. The walls are covered with some old photos we’ve taken over the years, mostly just to show the different styles we can do. My camera is getting a bit old, but it still takes great shots and I know how to handle it. The market can be quite loud with all the shoppers, but inside the studio, it stays relatively quiet. I spend a lot of time sitting at the computer editing the pictures and making sure the colors look right. Sometimes the printer acts up and I have to spend an hour fixing it, which is the frustrating part of the job. But overall, it’s a good life. We see people from all walks of life coming through our door, and every day is a little bit different than the last.
