We’ve been here in Okhla Phase-2 for a while now. Our spot is on the first floor at D-5/4. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy outside with trucks and people moving around. We spend most of our time figuring out new drink mixes. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the machines running. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We started Indulge Beverages because we liked the idea of making something people could actually enjoy during their break. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of Delhi. The traffic in Phase-2 can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We don't really do big meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of whatever we're working on that day. It's dusty outside because of all the construction and factories, but inside it's alright. We just focus on the drinks. Some days are slower than others. We handle everything from here, from the initial ideas to the final packing. It's a lot of manual work sometimes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a decent beverage that tastes right. The morning light comes through the front windows quite early. We usually start the day by checking the machines and seeing what needs to be fixed. It’s a hands-on kind of place.
