Costa Coffee.Delhi

We run the Costa Coffee branch over in Delhi, specifically in the Khan Ahmed Pur area. It’s a small spot but it stays busy because of where we are located. Most of our day is spent behind the counter making drinks for people on their way to work. The smell of coffee beans is everywhere in here. It’s a pretty simple setup with some tables and chairs, but a lot of people just take their cups and go. We have a small team of us who have worked together for a while. We know who the regulars are and what they usually like to drink. It gets quite loud when the milk steamers are going and people are talking. Delhi can be a very busy and noisy city, and our shop is no different. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the morning rush and making sure the milk and sugar are stocked up. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to manage with what we have left. We don't really do much in the way of fancy promotion. People just see the sign and come in because they want a coffee. It is a lot of repetitive work, grinding and pouring all day long, but it keeps us on our toes. We are just a local coffee shop in Khan Ahmed Pur doing our thing every single day without much fuss.
