We’ve been at this spot in Okhla Phase L for a while now. It’s a busy industrial area, always trucks coming in and out, and the dust is something else. Most days we are just busy keeping track of everything at B-230. It isn't a fancy office by any means. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Distribution is mostly just about making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and the phone won't stop ringing. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather allows. It’s hard work, and the stairs are steep, but it keeps us moving. Nobody here wears a suit. We mostly wear what’s comfortable because the warehouse gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes a delivery is late or a driver gets lost in the lanes here, and we have to sort it out. It’s just how things go. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just Indospirit Distribution Ltd. doing what we do every day. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our chai. That's pretty much the daily life for us here in Okhla.
