Our place is over in Okhla Phase-3, right in the B-95 spot of the Flatted Factory Complex. If you know this area, you know it is mostly industrial and there is always something being moved around on trucks. The stairs up to the unit are a bit narrow and you can usually hear the machines running before you even reach our door. We do a lot of printing work here. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the smell of ink is pretty much stuck in our clothes by the time we leave for the day. It’s a production floor, so it isn't exactly the cleanest office in the world, but we keep the equipment running. Some days the humidity makes the paper act up, which is a real pain, but we just deal with it as it happens. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We mostly just focus on getting the orders out the door on time. Being a Pvt. Ltd. company sounds big, but inside these walls, it’s just a bunch of people looking at color proofs and checking margins. Lunch is usually eaten quickly at the desks or someone goes out to grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s noisy and fast-paced, and by five o'clock, everyone is usually ready to get away from the sound of the presses. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
