We are based at A/1A in Okhla Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a corner spot that gets a lot of sun and a lot of noise from the street. We do all kinds of packaging work inside this building. It’s mostly just machines running and people moving boxes around. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a person sitting at a desk to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the loading area. The space is pretty cramped because we try to fit as much stock as possible. There are rolls of plastic and stacks of cardboard everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a maze. We’ve been here in Okhla for quite some time now and we know how the area works. The power goes out sometimes and we just sit outside until it comes back. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. We just talk to the people who need boxes made and tell them what we can do. It’s a dirty, sweaty job most days, especially in the summer. We use a lot of glue and tape, and the smell of the factory is something you just stop noticing after a week. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the orders are ready when the trucks show up. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us busy enough to stay here.
