Imaging Systems

Imaging Systems is located at 134, Dsidc Complex. This complex is a big place, and it’s easy to get turned around if you haven’t been here before, but we’re at 134. We deal with imaging technology and systems. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting equipment or helping people understand how to use their setups. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep things simple. The office isn’t much to look at—mostly just shelves of parts and different machines we’re working on. I’ve been here at the Dsidc Complex for a few years now. It’s a good location for us because a lot of our clients are also nearby in other industrial or commercial units. We keep pretty busy. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some maintenance work done on our own gear. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here at 134, making sure things work the way they’re supposed to. If someone has a problem with their imaging system, they call us, and we try to figure it out. It’s about being practical and getting things fixed. We like the technical side of the business and staying current with how the machines are changing, even if the building we’re in is a bit older. I usually spend my afternoons finishing up reports or packing parts to send out to customers.
