Heritage

We are located at 120 DDA Flats in Lado Sarai, which is a fairly well-known spot in New Delhi. The office is simple because we don’t feel the need for anything more than the basics to get our work done. Our name is Heritage, and this is where we spend our Monday through Friday. Being in a DDA flat means the space is laid out like a home, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We have the usual stuff—computers, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. Lado Sarai is an interesting area with a lot of history nearby, though we’re mostly focused on what’s happening inside our four walls. The parking around here can be a real struggle, so most of us try to arrive early or use the metro. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign in the window. It’s just a place where we sit down, have our morning coffee, and start going through the list of things that need to be finished. The neighbors are mostly other small offices or families, so it stays relatively peaceful throughout the afternoon. We like the way things are set up here. It’s not fancy, and we don’t pretend it is. We just come in, do what we need to do, and make sure everything is sorted before we head out for the evening. It’s a quiet life.
