Harsh Exports India

Our place is over at D-179 in Lajpat Nagar 1st. If you know the area, you know it gets crowded with people and traffic all day long. We operate out of a modest space here. It’s basically where we manage all the export orders that come through. Harsh Exports India isn't some massive corporation with floors of glass offices. It’s just us working in the rooms we have, surrounded by samples and shipping documents. Most days start early with tea and a look at what needs to be sent out by the evening. We handle a lot of different items depending on what the clients are asking for that month. Sometimes the hallway is blocked with boxes because a big shipment just arrived. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, it’s a bit of a scramble. The neighbors know us well since we’ve been in this spot for a long time. You can hear the sounds of the street outside while we work. It’s a lively part of town to be in. We don’t do much advertising; most people find us because they heard about us from someone else. It's about getting the job done and making sure the packages are secure before they head to the airport or the port. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the paperwork is filled out correctly so there aren't any delays at customs later on. We stay until the last courier is gone and the shutters are down.
