Harry'S Karaoke Lounge Bar

We are located up on the third floor of Ansal Plaza, specifically at C-306 and 307. If you walk along Khel Gaon Marg, you can’t miss the mall. Harry’s is basically just a place where people come to sing and maybe have a drink without feeling judged for being off-key. Most of the time, the microphones are getting a workout. We’ve had to replace the cords a few times because people get a bit excited. The rooms aren't huge, but they fit a decent group if everyone stands close. It gets pretty warm in there when the singing really starts, so we try to keep the air conditioning humming along. Our staff knows how to fix the machines when they glitch out, which happens more than we’d like to admit. It’s just the nature of electronics. We don’t have a dress code or any of that stuff. Just show up and pick a song from the list. The list is kind of long and some of the pages are starting to curl at the edges. On Tuesday nights it’s usually quieter, which is when we do most of the deep cleaning and inventory. We buy our supplies from the local market mostly. It’s a lot of work running a lounge, but seeing people laugh at their friends’ singing makes the long hours worth it. We stay open pretty late, depending on if anyone is still holding a mic.
