Great Food Plaza

We are over at 1634/14 on Ravi Dass Marg in the Govindpuri area of Kalkaji. It is a very lively part of the city and our shop sits right in the middle of all that daily energy. The place is a mix of things, mostly quick meals and various snacks that the local crowd likes to eat. The counters are a bit old and worn down, but we make sure to keep them wiped clean throughout the day. During the lunch hour, it gets pretty cramped inside here with everyone trying to get their food at the same time. We do our best to remember the order of who came in first. My nephew helps me out with the washing up and clearing the small tables when he is not in school. We see a lot of local workers and people from the nearby apartments every day. The smell of the spices usually fills the whole street by ten in the morning. We do not use any fancy or expensive equipment, just the regular pots and pans that we have had for many years now. It is a loud place because of the constant traffic noise from Ravi Dass Marg, but we have grown used to it. We keep a big water cooler filled up for anyone who needs a drink because it gets very dry. It is just a normal spot for people who need a quick bite without any fuss.
