Fine Touch Exports

We operate out of A-15 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. This is where we handle all our export orders. The building is always full of cardboard boxes and rolls of packing tape. We deal with various goods that need to be sent overseas. It’s a lot of physical work, packing things carefully so they don't break during the long journey. The morning is usually the most chaotic time because that’s when the shipments are being finalized and the paperwork has to be exactly right. If there’s a mistake on a form, the whole container gets stuck, so we have to stay focused. The floor is usually a mess of bubble wrap and scraps of paper until we clean it up at the end of the shift. We have a team of people who are good at organizing the warehouse space, which is lucky because we always seem to have more stuff than we have room for. Okhla is a tough area to navigate with all the trucks, but it’s a logical place for this kind of business. We don't have fancy titles here. Everyone chips in with the loading and unloading when the trucks arrive. It’s just a group of people trying to get the job done and making sure the products get to where they are going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out until it comes back.
