Our work happens at No. C - 68 / 1 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2. If you’ve ever driven through Okhla, you know it’s just rows and rows of factories and workshops. It’s a very gray, industrial kind of place. There are always trucks parked along the sides of the road, making it hard to get through sometimes. Our building is a standard factory setup. We have different floors for different parts of the process. It’s not a place where you’d come for a tour or anything. It’s strictly for work. We deal with a lot of fabric and large machines that make a fair bit of noise. The ventilation is okay, but it gets pretty hot in the summer months. Most of us have been working in Okhla for years, so we’re used to the dust and the constant movement of goods. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture for the office. We’d rather just have good equipment that works when we need it to. The routine is the same every day: we start early, check the production lines, and try to get everything shipped out before the evening traffic hits the main roads. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the numbers. We aren't trying to be anything other than a factory that gets the job done. It’s a practical life here in Phase 2.
