F Bar & Lounge

We are located out in Aya Nagar Extension, specifically Phase-6 near Mehrolli. It is a bit of a trek for some, but we like it here. F Bar & Lounge is basically just a place where people come to unwind after they finish their shifts. We are tucked in with Saturghan Patwal’s place. The nights can get pretty long, especially on the weekends when everyone wants to be out. We spend a lot of time making sure the drinks are cold and the music isn't so loud that you can't hear yourself think. It is a lot of work keeping a bar running. We are always cleaning up something or moving chairs around to make more room. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in the hospitality game for a long time. We don't have those fancy uniforms you see in the big hotels. We just wear what is comfortable for running around. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, then it picks up. We try to keep things friendly. No one is putting on an act here. We just want people to have a decent time without any fuss. It is a straightforward business and we just take it one night at a time.
