Essence Beverages

We've been at Jawahar Park for a while now. Most people know the spot near the Khanpur Bus Depot. It's just Building No.E-14, nothing fancy at all. We started Essence Beverages because we wanted something to do in our own neighborhood. Every day is different around here. Some days the delivery trucks are late and we have to move all the heavy boxes ourselves. It gets really busy during the afternoons when the heat is up. Our neighbors from across Khanpur stop by sometimes just to see what's going on. We handle a lot of drinks and try to keep things organized as much as we can manage. The building is tucked away in the back of the park area. You might actually miss it if you aren't looking closely for the number. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. It’s just a small crew working inside. We mostly focus on getting the orders out on time so they aren't sitting around. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. It’s a pretty simple operation. We pack things up and ship them out. There really isn't much more to it. We keep the place clean, or at least we try to every evening. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We've seen the area change over the years. The bus depot always makes for a lot of noise and traffic. We just keep our heads down.
