Devyani International Limited, Costa Coffee

You can find us at C-44 on the first floor in Main Green Park. We share the space with Nidhi Sinha, and it’s a pretty busy part of the city. Being at Devyani International Limited and looking after the Costa Coffee side of things keeps us on our feet. The Green Park area has a lot of energy, and there are always people walking by downstairs. We spend our days making sure the coffee is ready and the shop looks okay. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of things or the machines act a bit funny. We just fix it and keep going. The first-floor location is nice because we can look out at the street while we work. It’s a lot of regular tasks like cleaning tables and talking to customers who come in for their morning drink. We aren't trying to be the most important place in Delhi, just a reliable one. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local vibe pretty well. It gets loud sometimes when the market is full, but we like the noise. It feels real. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make coffee and try to be helpful to anyone who stops in at C-44. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No need for anything extra or fancy talk.
