Dash Coffee

We've been at B 39 in Kailash Colony for a while now. It's a busy spot in Greater Kailash, and we're just here making coffee every day. The morning rush usually starts around 8, and the smell of ground beans fills the place quickly. We aren't trying to do anything fancy. Most people just come in for their regular order, maybe grab a quick bite, and head off to work or wherever they’re going. The chairs are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough if you want to sit for a bit. We keep the music low because we know some people like to read or just think. Sometimes the grinder gets a bit loud, which is just how it is in a small shop like ours. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. It’s nice seeing the same people every morning. We keep things pretty simple here. We make sure the machines are clean and the beans are fresh, but we don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just what we do. If you happen to be walking by this part of Greater Kailash, you’ll see our sign. There’s no big story behind the name or anything. We just liked how it sounded. It's a straightforward place for people who just want a cup of coffee without any fuss or complicated menus. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood. We spend our evenings tidying up for the next day to start again.
