Daily Chef Llp

Our setup at G 7 in Anand Niketanbinto George Marg is kind of tucked away. We’re in the basement lower level, which actually helps keep things a bit cooler when the big stoves are all going at once. Being right across from Moti Lal College means there’s always a lot of noise and young people moving around the street. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle getting deliveries down those stairs, but we’ve managed to figure out a system over the years. Daily Chef Llp isn't some polished office; it’s mostly just us in aprons trying to keep up with the orders. We chose this spot because it’s central enough for us to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near the college can be a real headache in the afternoons. Inside, it’s all stainless steel and the smell of spices. We don’t spend much time decorating because we’re too busy chopping and stirring. There’s always someone cleaning a counter or checking a stock list. It’s a tight space, but it works for what we need to do. We usually have a radio playing in the corner to keep the mood up while we work through the big lunch rush. It is just a regular local kitchen where we focus on the food and try to get everything out on time. There are no fancy titles here, just people who know how to cook.
