Craftos India

Our place, Craftos India, is located at D-88/4 in Phase I of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a lot of gray buildings and trucks everywhere. We’ve been in this unit for several years now. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for showing off to visitors. We spend our days dealing with all the little details that come with running a business in an industrial hub. It can get pretty noisy with the machinery next door, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy logo on every wall. Most of the space is taken up by materials and the stuff we’re working on. We’re just a small group of people who show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big deadline, and we just order some food and keep going. We don’t use corporate jargon or talk about things like synergy or optimization. We just talk about what needs to be made and who needs it by Friday. It’s a very grounded way to work. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks during the afternoon heat. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We just focus on doing a decent job every day and keeping the equipment running.
