If you head into Okhla, specifically Jamia Nagar, you’ll find us at 280/93-A on Street No. 10. We are in the Ghaffar Manzil area, which is always full of life and a bit of chaos. Craftasia International is tucked away in one of these narrow streets where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our office isn't very big, but we pack a lot into it. There are shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with samples and old files. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in at once, but we make it work. The street outside is usually noisy with rickshaws and vendors, which you can hear even when the windows are shut. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on the computers, trying to keep track of everything going out. It’s an international business, but the way we run things is very local. We take our tea breaks together and often share snacks that someone brought from home. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to go out and help them navigate the turn. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
