Coffee N Designs

Our place is Plot No-D-164 over in Lajpat Nagar 1. If you’ve ever spent time around here, you know the railway crossing is the main thing everyone talks about because of the wait. We are right near that crossing, so we hear the trains going by all the time. At first, it was a bit loud, but now we don’t even notice it at Coffee N Designs. It’s just part of the background of our workday. Lajpat Nagar 1 is a crowded area, full of life and people moving around constantly. Our little plot, D-164, is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a simple space. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Being near the tracks means there’s a certain pace to the day. People are always rushing to beat the gates or waiting patiently for the train to pass. We see it all from our spot. It’s a very human place to be. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but there’s also a real sense of being in the heart of the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a bit of a maze in these streets sometimes, but once you find Plot No-D-164, you’re in the right place. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a solid spot for Coffee N Designs, and we like the grit of it. It feels like a real part of the city.
