Chilli Seasonss

Chilli Seasonss is located right in the Colony Market at number 47 in Defence Colony. It’s a busy little market area, and we’ve been tucked away here for a bit. We don’t have a big fancy entrance, just a door that leads into our world of spices and cooking. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and you can usually hear the pans clanking from the street. We don’t go for all that modern minimalist decor. Our place is full of stuff, and it feels lived in. We spend our days prepping ingredients and making sure the tables are wiped down. Defence Colony Market has a lot of energy, and we get a lot of people just stopping in while they’re doing their shopping. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just want to serve food that tastes like someone actually cooked it. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a little longer, but we do our best to keep everyone happy. The menu is just things we know how to make well. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We just keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s a local spot for people who want something simple. We’re just here in the market, doing our thing every day. It isn't perfect, but it's what we do. We like the noise and the smell of the market in the morning.
