Caffe Coffe Day

We have been at K 281 in Dakshinpuri for a while now. Caffe Coffe Day is just where we handle things every day. It is busy in New Delhi, and this spot keeps us grounded. We mostly focus on getting the coffee right and making sure the machines are running. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we just keep working through it. The shop isn't fancy. We have some tables and chairs, and the walls could probably use some paint. People come in from the neighborhood, mostly regulars. We know what they want before they even say it. It is just how things go here. There isn't much to say about the history. We started small and stayed here. The 110062 area is home for us. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries or a leaky faucet sometimes. It is just a normal place. No big corporate offices or anything like that. Just us in this little corner of Delhi. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the morning rush. The grinder makes a lot of noise, but it is a good sound because it means we are busy. We try to keep things simple. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the main road. It is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. That is about it really. Just a regular day.
