Cafe Morrison

You can find us over in Mangolpuri at Plot No 1260. We’re right there in the L Block, near the Main S Block intersection. It’s a busy corner, lots of people walking by all day. We opened Cafe Morrison because there wasn't really a place to just sit down and have a tea around here. The shop is mostly concrete and some old wooden benches we fixed up. It’s a bit dark inside sometimes when the lightbulbs blow out and we forget to buy new ones. We serve tea, some coffee, and snacks like biscuits or bread omlettes. It’s nothing fancy, just basic food for people who are hungry or waiting for the bus. My cousin helps me out behind the counter most days. We have a small radio that usually plays the cricket scores or some old songs. The floor is a bit uneven, so watch your step when you come in. We don't have a website or a phone that we answer much. If you want to see us, you just have to show up. Sometimes we close early if there’s a wedding in the family or if it’s too hot to stand by the stove. It’s just a regular local shop where people can take a break for twenty minutes before getting back to their business. It’s nothing special to look at, but the tea is hot and the seats are free.
