Cafe Fuel Llp is based over here at 318 D in Chirag Delhi. If you know the area, it's pretty packed and there is always something going on in the lanes. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, just managing the day-to-day of a small food business. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but for now, we just focus on the work. Chirag Delhi has that old feel to it, and being at 318 D means we are right in the middle of the local buzz. Some days it’s loud outside with bikes and people, other days it’s just the usual city noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sorting through supplies. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, we just want to run Cafe Fuel the right way. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. Moving boxes, checking dates, and making sure the kitchen side of things is handled. The heat in Delhi gets to us sometimes, but we keep the fans going. It’s a simple setup at this address. Nothing too complicated or shiny. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure everything is ready for the next day. It's just a regular local spot where we put in the effort. We usually close up once the evening rush in the street starts to settle down.
