Cafe Coffee Day

This Cafe Coffee Day in East of Kailash is one of the quieter spots we have. It is tucked away and does not get the same crazy rush as the market branches. We get a lot of people who come in to read a book or do some work on their computers. We have been here for a good number of years now. The day starts with us getting the machines warmed up and checking the milk supply. It is a pretty simple operation. We serve coffee, some tea, and the usual sandwiches. The staff is a small group and we mostly just get on with our work. We have several regulars who come in every morning and we usually have their drink ready before they even ask. Sometimes the grinder makes a weird noise or we have a small leak under the sink, but we just fix it and keep going. We do not have any big corporate signs on the walls. It is just a cafe. We spend our time cleaning the tables and making sure the bathroom is decent. The street outside is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm most of the time. We like the pace here. It is a steady job and we try to keep the atmosphere comfortable for whoever walks through the door. It is just a normal, everyday coffee shop.
