Cafe Coffee Day

We are tucked away in the Dda Flats at Madangir, specifically 36/1210. This part of Khanpur is pretty residential and busy. It is not like the big malls where everything is shiny and perfect. Here, it is about the local crowd from the flats coming in for a quick cup of coffee. The espresso machine is the loudest thing in the shop and it never really stops. We spend a lot of time wiping down tables and making sure the sugar sachets are filled up. The floor has seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. It is a bit cramped when the afternoon rush hits and everyone wants their caffeine at the same time. We have a few regulars who sit in the same corner every day. Sometimes we run out of certain snacks by the evening because the delivery didn't show up. That is just how it is. The lighting is a bit dim, which some people like for sitting and reading. We do our best to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in from Madangir, it is a constant job. The back room where we store the beans is tiny. You have to move three boxes just to get to the milk. It is a small operation but we keep the coffee moving. We are just a neighborhood spot in Nd-62. It can get loud with the street traffic right outside, but we just keep the music playing.
