Cafe Brown Sugar

Cafe Brown Sugar is tucked away on the first floor at Plot No- M-26. We are right in Greater Kailash 1, very close to the main market area. It is a busy spot to be in. The stairs going up to the cafe are a little steep, so you have to watch your step. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is just a simple place where people can come and sit for a while. We spend most of our time cleaning the tables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next person. The noise from the Greater Kailash market can be quite loud in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it. We have some old chairs and the layout is a bit tight, but it makes the place feel cozy. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional gimmicks. We just serve what is on the menu. Running a cafe in this part of Delhi means there is always something going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just how it is. We have a few regulars who have their favorite spots by the window. It is a good place to watch the street below. We just want to keep the coffee hot and the place decent for whoever walks in.
