We are located at C-93 in the D.D.A. Sheds in Okhla Phase-1. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial buildings and a lot of dust. Our shed is pretty basic. We deal in different kinds of paper and we keep a lot of stock on hand. Most of our day is spent moving heavy reams and loading them onto small tempos for delivery. It’s physical work and it keeps us busy. My family has been doing this for a long time. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us and a few workers who know the stacks better than I do. The office is just a small partitioned area with a fan and an old computer that we use for the billing. We don't spend money on ads or fancy logos. People know where we are if they need bulk paper. The roads around here are always blocked with trucks, so getting in and out can be a headache. We have tea twice a day when the boy comes around with the kettle. That’s the only time the place goes quiet. We don't have a mission statement or anything promotional to say. We just sell paper and try to keep the inventory straight so we don't run out of the common sizes. It’s just a normal job in a noisy part of Delhi. We just stay here and work.
