Barista Lavazza Coffee Company Ltd

We are located at H-3, right by the P.H.C Mehrauli Dispensary in New Delhi. It’s a well-known spot in the area, mostly because of the dispensary. Our office isn't exactly where the coffee is brewed for customers, but it's where we handle the business side of things for the coffee company. It’s a simple building and the office is quite basic inside. We have desks, some computers, and usually a few bags of coffee samples lying around. The smell of coffee is often in the air, which is a nice bonus for us. We’re in Mehrauli, so there’s a lot of history nearby, though we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and taking calls. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s more of a local building that feels like it’s been there forever. We’ve got a small team here who know each other well. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy titles when we’re talking to each other. It’s just a place to get the work done. The street outside can get quite jammed with people going to the dispensary, so it’s always lively. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels authentic. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t. We just show up, do our tasks for the coffee company, and go home. It is a steady, honest kind of workplace.
