We are based over in Chhatarpur Extension, at D/128. It’s a bit of a dusty lane and sometimes the roads are a mess if there's construction going on nearby. This isn't one of the cafes where you’d go to sit and have a latte; it’s more of the back-end office where all the planning and numbers happen. We have a lot of coffee samples lying around, though, so it usually smells pretty good in here, even if the office itself is a bit cluttered with folders and boxes. We’ve got some old wooden desks that have been around since the company started, and they’ve got plenty of scratches to prove it. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we’re doing. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s business, which can be good or bad depending on the day. We don't have a fancy dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans or whatever is comfortable for the weather. During the summer, the AC units struggle a bit, so we keep a few extra fans running to keep the air moving. We get a lot of delivery guys coming in and out with documents, and there’s always someone looking for a signature. It’s a busy, functional space without any of that polished corporate feel you get in the big city towers. It works for us.
