Our shop is located in Badarpur. It’s a very crowded part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and dust from the traffic outside. We’ve been here for several years now. The shop is packed with all sorts of things for the house, from small decorations to bigger furniture. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than a couple of customers in at once. We have things stacked up pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes it’s a challenge to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we usually know where everything is hidden. We don’t have any fancy displays or special lighting. It’s just a regular shop for regular people. We spend a lot of time moving things around to make space for whatever new stock comes in. The dust from the main road is a constant battle for us. We have a small staff of family and friends who help out. We don’t really do any big advertising or marketing. Most people just wander in because they were passing by on the street. We talk to everyone who comes through the door, even if they aren't looking to buy anything. It’s just how we do things. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to show people around with a torch. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We just try to keep things simple and honest. We aren’t looking to become a giant chain of stores.
