Aravli Craft

You can find Aravli Craft over at F-11 in Vishwakarma Colony, right on the Mehrouli Badarpur Road. It is a bit of a dusty area with all the traffic and shops nearby, but we like it here. We spend our time working with our hands and dealing with different crafts. The workshop is always full of materials and bits and pieces of projects we are working on. It’s not a clean, white gallery; it’s a working space where things actually get made. Sometimes the floor is covered in shavings or scraps, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We have a few people helping out, mostly locals from the colony. Mehrouli Badarpur Road is always humming with noise, which keeps us energized. We don’t have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. Our door is usually open and you can hear the sounds of work coming from inside. We make things, we pack them up, and we send them out. It’s a simple cycle. We’ve been at this location for some time now and we know most of the other shop owners on the block. We don't use any high-tech machinery, just the tools we've had for years. It is a practical way to spend the day. If you’re looking for us, just look for the sign near the main road. We’re usually inside, probably in the middle of a project, just keeping the business going one day at a time.
