Aman All Spices

Aman All Spices is tucked away at House No.2249 on Street No. 5/26 in Sangam Vihar. Wazirabad is a big area, but our street is a bit more tucked in than the main roads. We work out of this space dealing with all kinds of spices. It’s not a big factory. It’s more of a local setup where we spend our days sorting through different seeds and powders. The air always smells like cumin or chili, which can make you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We spend a lot of time weighing things out on small scales. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes and people walking to and from work. Sangam Vihar has a lot of energy. We’ve been here at House No.2249 for a good bit now. It’s a practical place. We don't have any shiny displays or anything like that. Just bags and containers everywhere. Most of the neighbors know us because of the smell of the spices. Sometimes we have to move things around to make room for new stock. It’s just how it goes in a small space. We try to keep things organized but when it's busy, it gets a bit chaotic. We just focus on getting the spice mixes ready for the local shops. It’s steady work and we keep at it every day except Sundays. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood and the people we see.
