Ibm is located in Flat F 3 within the Revati Neelachal Abasan Co-operative Society. Our address is 98 Rajdanga Gold Park in Kolkata, which is a nice residential pocket. Because we are in a co-operative society, the atmosphere is very quiet and domestic. It’s not your typical high-pressure office environment. The flat has been converted into a workspace with several desks and a lot of shelving for our files. The 7001007 area is a good place to work from because it feels safe and settled. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist to take messages. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our computers with the balcony door open to let in a bit of air. You can hear the sounds of the city in the distance, but the society itself is pretty peaceful. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our tiffins. The walls are mostly bare, except for some schedules we’ve taped up. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate entity. We are just a small group of people doing our daily work in a comfortable, local setting. It’s a simple way of running things without any unnecessary overhead. We just focus on our tasks, talk to our clients on the phone, and deal with the typical rainy days that Kolkata is known for. It's just a normal day here.
