Bristlecone

This is Bristlecone, and we operate out of Aashiyana Apartment here in Balia. It’s on the second floor, 2 A to be exact. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that. It’s just an apartment that we turned into a workspace. Uttar Pradesh has its own rhythm, and Balia is no different. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless it’s raining hard. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes things get a bit cluttered when we’re busy. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The neighbors in the apartment are nice, and they don’t mind us being here. We do our work, keep the noise down, and head home in the evening. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a fancy office. We’ve been at this for a while now. The internet can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just want to finish the work we have and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. That makes it easier to fix problems when they pop up. It’s just how we do things here in Balia. We aren't fancy, just a few people getting the job done daily.
