Kolkata has a specific rhythm, and we are right in it at Nilachal Complex. Our office is G 3 in Vivek Bhavan. It’s the first row in Phase 2. If you know the 700103 area, you know it’s a mix of homes and small offices. Bridgetree Research is tucked away there. We spend most of our time looking at data and doing research stuff. It’s quiet inside, which is good for focusing. Outside, you can hear the city. We have some plants by the door that we try to keep alive. The 1st row location is easy enough to find once you get inside the complex. We aren’t a huge team. It’s just enough people to get the research projects done without getting in each other's way. The morning commute can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but once we’re at our desks, it’s fine. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just provide the services people ask for. It’s a straightforward setup. Sometimes we go out for lunch nearby if we have the time. Most days, we just bring boxes from home. It's a steady life here, and we just focus on doing a good job with the numbers we analyze every day. We like the quiet work environment and the fact that we can just focus on the research.
