Constell Consultants Pvt Ltd is based in Kolkata, over at 394 VIP Nagar. The area is also known as Tiljala and has its own pace of life. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our consulting work done. We deal with a lot of different business problems for various clients. It involves a lot of sitting around desks and looking at spreadsheets. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day unless we really have to. The environment is more about getting the job done than looking perfect. Kolkata is a big city, and being in VIP Nagar gives us a good base to reach different parts of the metro. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the horns and people walking by. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the local business landscape pretty well. Sometimes we have clients drop by for a quick chat, and we usually just pull up a chair and talk through things. It isn’t about fancy presentations. It’s more about finding a way to make their numbers work or fixing an operational issue they’ve been having. The office is full of files and old coffee mugs. We keep things simple and honest.
