It is a residential-feeling area but with businesses tucked into the corners. We like being in Nabapally because it feels a bit more grounded than the heavy commercial zones. The building is a standard one for this part of Kolkata. Inside, we have our desks and equipment set up. We usually start our day with a bit of talk about the local news before we dive into the work. It is not a huge team at Cdc Ju. We know each other well and that makes the day go by faster. The walk to the main road is not too long, which is nice when we need to grab lunch. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. Most of us bring our own tiffins from home. The neighborhood is peaceful enough for us to concentrate. Sometimes the weather in West Bengal makes things a bit slow, but we keep moving. We have been at this address for a while and the locals know us.
