Franklin Covey South Asia

We are based in Kanan Apartment, specifically Flat no C 3 on Garia Station Road. Being in Kolkata means we are used to a certain pace of life, and our office in the 700084 area reflects that. It’s an apartment-style office, which honestly makes it feel a lot more comfortable than a cold commercial building. You can hear the trains passing by occasionally, and the sounds of the neighborhood are always there in the background. We represent Franklin Covey South Asia here, but we are just a small group of folks trying to stay on top of our responsibilities. There is a lot of paperwork to manage and plenty of phone calls to return throughout the day. We usually have a pot of tea going, and someone is almost always complaining about the humidity or the local traffic. Our furniture is functional but definitely not new, and we like it that way because it feels lived-in. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be as helpful as possible to the people who contact us. It is a very human way to work. When the day ends, we just lock up and head to the station like everyone else. It’s not a complicated life, but it’s our daily reality and we are quite content with how things run here.
