We are located at the Shree Ranjani Housing Society on Picnic Garden Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy area, and the society itself has a lot of families living there, so there’s always something going on. Our office is right there among the homes. It’s got that classic Kolkata feel, where things move a bit differently than in other cities. The building isn't brand new, and you can see the age in the walls and the old-style windows. We have a few rooms where we keep our stuff and do our work. It’s a very unpretentious space. We don't have a lot of decorations; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of paper. The humidity here can be something else, so the ceiling fans are almost always spinning at full speed. We like the neighborhood because it’s got a lot of character. You can hear the city noises all day, but inside the society, it’s a little more sheltered. We aren't trying to look like a big international company. We are just local people doing our jobs in a place that feels familiar. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony for a few minutes just to get some air. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting through the workload and heading home at the end of the day.
