You can find us at the Udayan building, specifically in Flat No 1 D at 19 18 Garia Place in Kolkata. One of the best things about this spot is that we are right across from the children's park. It gives us a nice view and we can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. This part of the city feels a bit more relaxed than the main hubs. Ernst Young Private Limited has been operating out of this flat for a good while. It is a standard residential flat that we have converted into an office. There is a main room where most of us sit and a smaller back room for storage and files. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and the basic things we need for work. The building is a little bit older, so the rooms have high ceilings which we like. We spend a lot of time on our computers and dealing with various documents. It is a quiet, steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be something we aren't, so the office looks exactly like what it is—a place where people work. During our breaks, some of us might walk over to the park or just stand by the window for a bit of air. It is a very local way to run a business. We like the convenience of the area and the fact that everyone nearby is friendly. It is just a normal flat where work happens.
