L C Memorial Public School

The school is out here in Farmanah. We have been in this part of Sonepat for a while now. Most people around Farmana know where we are. It is a quiet place usually, except when the kids are arriving in the morning. We started L C Memorial Public School to give the local families a place close by for their children. The building isn't huge but it fits everyone. We spend our days dealing with classes and paperwork. It gets quite dusty on the roads around here in the summer. Sometimes the power goes out but we manage. We have a playground that the kids use a lot. It’s just a regular school life in Sonepat. We try to keep things organized. The staff mostly comes from nearby villages. We see the same faces every day. It's funny how you get used to the noise of the bell. Parents drop their kids off and we chat for a bit. There is always something needing repair, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door. We keep the registers updated and make sure the classrooms are swept. It’s hard work but it’s what we do here in Farmanah. Nothing fancy, just a school doing its job. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up and move on. That is just how it goes at L C Memorial Public School. We keep the gates open early. It is a simple life here.
