We are over at 122 Sakhar Peth in Solapur. If you know where the Bank of Maharashtra is or that Swastik Mithai shop, we are right near there. Vertech Customer Solution is basically a place where we handle calls and solve problems for people. It gets pretty loud in here sometimes with everyone talking on their headsets. We’ve got a bunch of computers set up, and there is usually a lot of typing going on. It’s a simple setup in Sakhar Peth. We aren't some massive call center with thousands of people; it’s more of a close-knit group. We deal with customer issues, technical questions, and that kind of thing. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and other times it’s too hot, but we manage. We like being in this part of Solapur because it’s easy to get to and there are good places to grab a snack nearby, like that sweet shop. Most of us grew up around here, so it feels like a local workplace. We just try to help the person on the other end of the line. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important to the companies we work for. We show up, put on the headsets, and get to it every morning. It’s just a normal office doing customer service work without any fancy bells or whistles. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup.
