S T Developer is located at Plot No 24 in Shobha Niwas. We are right over in the Jule area of Solapur, which is a part of town we’ve grown very familiar with over the years. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Ims School and the Kuber Laxmi Mangal Karyalay. The office itself is basically just a room where we keep our maps, site files, and a few old chairs for when people stop by to talk things over. It gets a bit noisy in the afternoons when the school nearby lets out and all the kids are heading home, but we are pretty much used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking at plots of land or dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with this line of work. It isn't a very glamorous job, honestly. There is a lot of dust involved and a lot of driving around Solapur to check on different sites. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to do something for ourselves. We aren't some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team here. We handle all the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from answering the phone to going out on site visits in the heat. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic near the karyalay when there’s a big wedding going on, but that’s just part of life here. We don't have glossy brochures or a big sales pitch. We just show people what is available.
