Tanssmech Technosoft Private Limited is based out of Waibhav Nagar in Latur. We share a space at Property No. 2932, which belongs to Digambar Mohite. It’s a modest setup in Ward No. A1. Latur is a place where people know each other, and we like that vibe for our business. We do technosoft work, which basically means we deal with a lot of coding and computer systems. It’s not something everyone around here does, so we get a lot of questions about it. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a calm place to work. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us hunched over our laptops. We started this because we wanted to do something technical without having to move to Pune or Mumbai. It’s been a learning process, for sure. Some days the power goes out, and we have to wait it out or use the backup. That’s life in Latur. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just focus on the code and making sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. It feels more personal.
