If you head down toward Sorgao in Solapur, you’ll find us right opposite the SRP Camp. Suyash Gurukul Junior College is situated there in that 413001 area. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the college building where students from the surrounding parts of Maharashtra come to finish their higher secondary years. Being near the camp means it’s a recognizable landmark for anyone looking for us. Life at the college is pretty standard. We open the gates early, and the day is filled with lectures and practicals. There isn't much flair to the place, just solid walls and classrooms that have seen a lot of students come and go. We deal with the typical Solapur weather, which can be tough in the summer. The staff here are locals for the most part, so we understand the students and where they are coming from. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just a place for learning. Sometimes the power goes out or we have to fix a desk, but we just keep moving forward. We see a lot of hard-working kids who want to get their certificates and move on to bigger things. We’re just here to provide the space and the teachers for that to happen. It’s a busy spot, especially during exam season when everyone is a bit more stressed than usual, but mostly it's just a steady daily grind.
