S P International School

S P International School is located in Yashwant Nager, right off the Ambajogai Road at the New Renapur Naka in Latur. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening right outside our gates. The school has been part of this neighborhood for a while, and most people around here know exactly where we are. We have a mix of buildings on the property, some older than others. The main gate stays open in the mornings for the kids to file in, and then it’s a bit of a rush to get everyone into their seats before the first period starts. We have a small courtyard where we do the morning assembly, and you can hear the voices echoing off the walls. The classrooms are basic but they do the job. We have enough desks for everyone, and we try to keep the fans running when the Latur heat gets a bit too much in the summer months. Our staff room is tucked away in the corner, usually filled with the smell of tea and stacks of papers that need grading. We don’t really do anything fancy here; it’s just about getting the work done. The kids bring their lunch boxes and sit under the trees if it’s not too hot. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of school life. We see the same rickshaw drivers every afternoon waiting to take the students home, and that’s just the rhythm of our day.
