The office itself is pretty basic—desks, some chairs, and a lot of cables running along the walls. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly just busy with the work at hand. Most of us grew up around here or nearby, so it feels like a very local operation. We talk to the shopkeepers next door and sometimes get our tea from the stall around the corner. It is a straightforward place. We handle the IT park side of things without much fuss. There’s no big HR department or fancy lunchroom here. We usually just eat at our desks or head out to the bazaar if we need something specific. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the roadwork nearby, but that’s just how it is. We keep the doors shut to keep the noise out and just focus on what needs to be done. We stay busy and don't worry about much else.
