Down in Solapur, specifically in the Malshiras area, is where you will find Maplewoods Agro Llp. We are located in Akluj, right around Sangram Nagar and Ratanpuri. This part of Maharashtra is very big on agriculture, so it made perfect sense for us to set up our business here. We are not a big city corporation with a lot of staff. We are just local people who know a bit about the land and the crops that grow here. Our office is a simple place where we keep our books and records. Most of the time, we are actually out in the field or talking to our suppliers. Akluj is a busy town but it still has that small-town feel where everyone knows each other’s business. We handle a variety of agro products and try to keep everything moving as smoothly as we can. It is a lot of hard work, especially during the harvest seasons when things get really hectic. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. We just talk to people face to face and do our jobs. The 413101 area is our home and we have been here long enough to understand the local market. It gets incredibly hot during the summer months, but the work never really stops. We just keep the doors open and handle whatever comes our way each day. It is a straightforward business and that is how we like it.
